For users within the Provider Module, with the “is_manager” permission set, an additional navigation option is present within the top navigation bar for “Admin Scheduling”. The functionality of this interface is identical to the provider level availability capability with the exception that managers can administer availability of other providers within the tool by selecting a particular clinician from the “View Clinician” dropdown.
Side-by-side schedules
A unique capability of the admin scheduling interface is the side-by-side scheduling capability accessible by clicking the button in the upper right entitled “View Side by Side Availability”. In this mode, the user can choose two providers schedules, easily compare appointment volume and move appointments between providers using drag-and-drop.
