About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Laravel and the TALL stack (Tailwind CSS, Alpine.js, Laravel, Livewire/Filament) to help us build, scale, and maintain our portfolio of enterprise healthcare applications. You’ll play a critical role in designing and developing backend and frontend architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring other developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and build robust, scalable Laravel applications with a clean and maintainable codebase.
  • Lead the implementation of custom components, and interactive dashboards.
  • Collaborate on frontend development using Alpine.js and Tailwind CSS, ensuring responsive and accessible UIs.
  • Write efficient, testable, and reusable code following modern Laravel best practices.
  • Integrate APIs and manage data flows across internal and external systems.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in Laravel and the broader PHP and JavaScript ecosystems.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience building applications with Laravel.
  • Proven expertise in the TALL stack, with a public Github account demonstrating experience, including:
    • FilamentPHP
    • Livewire and Alpine.js
    • Tailwind CSS
  • Strong understanding of modern PHP, Laravel architecture, Eloquent ORM, queues, jobs, and service providers.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Solid understanding of database design ( PostgreSQL experience preferred).
  • Comfortable working with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
  • Experience with multi-tenancy, role-based access control, or SaaS application architecture is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Laravel Vapor or other cloud deployment solutions is a plus.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Inertia.js or Vue (even if not your primary stack).
  • Familiarity with automated testing using Pest or PHPUnit.
  • Contributions to open-source Laravel packages or community involvement.
Director of Engineering

Our team comprises a diverse group of professionals committed to pushing boundaries in healthcare technology. We are seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to steer our technological advances. This role involves leading multiple scrum teams, both local and offshore, while also demonstrating in-depth, hands-on knowledge of complex .NET, Angular, and SQL-based systems deployed over cloud-based environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and provide direction for technology initiatives in line with Curitics Health Solutions’ mission and vision.
  • Oversee the work of local and offshore scrum teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects on schedule.
  • Expertly develop, understand, and communicate complex user stories, translating customer requirements into actionable tasks for engineering teams.
  • Engage in coding tasks, showcasing deep knowledge and experience with .NET, Angular, and SQL-based systems.
  • Facilitate cross-functional partnerships with Product Management, Design, and other key stakeholders to drive efficient development cycles.
  • Cultivate an environment of collaboration, success, and accountability within the technology division.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends to maintain the competitiveness of our tech stack.
  • Promote and enforce best practices in software development, quality assurance, and security.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
  2. A minimum of 10 years of engineering experience, with a strong background in .NET, Angular, and SQL-based systems.
  3. Strong cloud experience, particularly on Amazon Web Services
  4. Proven experience leading scrum teams, including offshore teams, with a track record of successful project delivery.
  5. Ability to create, understand, and communicate complex user stories.
  6. Demonstrated leadership skills, with a history of mentoring and developing team members.
  7. In-depth understanding of the full software development life cycle.
  8. Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts in a simple, clear manner.
  9. Strategic thinker capable of making data-driven decisions swiftly.
  10. Familiarity with the Agile development methodology.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Director of Engineering or similar leadership role.
  • Experience working in a high-growth healthcare tech company.
  • Proficiency with other technologies in our stack.
Full Stack Developer – Net Core, Angular, MS SQL

Job Description:

The candidate should have a solid architectural understanding of the building blocks of a scalable and robust system. He should also understand algorithms, data structures, and web technologies. He should have mastered more than one technology stack in his life and was comfortable with the idea of learning several more.

Responsibilities and Skills Required:

  • Experience building Full-stack enterprise applications with ASP.NET MVC, C#, SQL and Web API, .NET Core, Angular, MS SQL, and related technologies.
  • Experience in CSS, HTML5, JSON, JQuery, Angular, and related front-end technologies
  • Experience in API development and documentation.
  • Working Experience with Micro Services and Onion architecture is incredible to have
  • Build, manage, collaborate, and coordinate with the development team.
  • Working experience in one or more of the following databases: MS SQL Server, MySQL,
  • Working experiences with AWS, such as S3, SNS, SES, and EC2, would be a plus.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure the quality of code
  • Can independently develops software, codes, tests, and debugs
  • Work with the On-shore team for production issues and new feature development
  • Technical & Application related Production Support
  • Complete comfort and familiarity with software development tools (Bitbucket, Github, bug tracking)
  • Must have good analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in US Healthcare Domain is an added advantage.
