As the Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder of Curitics, Christopher Pempsell oversees the company platform’s overall architecture, roadmap, customer experience and cloud security and leads the engineering and analytics teams.

For more than 15 years, Christopher has worked with some of the healthcare industry’s most prominent leaders including BlueCross, Healthgrades, Mayo Clinic and P3 Health Partners along with several government entities. He has an intense passion for emerging technology and understands that the easier the technology is to use, the better the results. Christopher specializes in architecting new enterprise-scale systems, migrating legacy systems, developing high performance technology engineering and data analytics teams and ensuring a high degree of end user satisfaction through a focus on user experience (UX).

Christopher co-founded Curitics with the goal of building more nimble technology to facilitate the healthcare industry’s transition from a fee-for-service model to value-based care. Whereas existing solutions are expensive to implement, overly complex and slow to change – Curitics exists to serve as an operating system for value-based care that breaks down data silos and puts more control over programs in the hands of clinicians.

Originally from Western New York, Christopher now lives in the Tampa Bay area. When he’s not at his desk, he’s out in the water or hiking, gardening and traveling with his wife Angela.

Unmesh Srivastava provides council to the executive leadership team on the innovation, development and execution of the company’s products and service lines to govern optimal results. Unmesh is a founding investor in Curitics and a seasoned healthcare technology leader having dedicated more than 15 years of his career to providing strategic insights to cutting edge healthcare companies across the nation. He has successfully led efforts to streamline business operations, architect solutions, reduce administrative costs and improve the patient and provider experience overall for multiple well-known healthcare companies including Kaiser, UnitedHealth Group, Optum and P3 Health Partners. Unmesh serves as Chief Technology and Digital Innovation Officer for Clever Care Health Plan.

Unmesh has a deep passion for cultivating wellness through the power of healthcare technology. He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Rajasthan in India and a Master of Science degree from California State University at Northridge. His notable list of accreditations also includes executive certifications through The Wharton School’s Emerging Leader Program, Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Artificial Intelligence Program and Harvard Business School’s Entrepreneurship and Finance and Investments Programs.

As Chief Operating Officer, Danielle Meldru oversees the international and cross-functional day to day operations of the organization using the guidance, supervision and leadership experience she’s gained throughout her seasoned career. Prior to joining Curitics, Danielle held multiple high-level technology project leadership roles at companies known for leading the nation’s transition to value-based care including P3 Health Partners, Intermountain Healthcare and HealthCare Partners.

Danielle received her Master of Technology from Colorado State University Global and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.

Danielle has an extensive background in healthcare information technology, infrastructure implementation and enhancement, healthcare administration, Taft-Hartley fund administration, business operations and fostering client relationships.

Making connections are at the heart of Danielle’s personal life, too. She’s an active mother of five and enjoys documentaries, traveling to new places, the outdoors and supporting others on grief and healing after the loss of a child.

As the Senior Director of Engineering at Curitics, Renjith brings a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to excellence. In his pivotal role, he shapes Curitics’s technological vision, establishes and maintains rigorous engineering standards, and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives. His responsibilities encompass technical architecture management, resource allocation, and the implementation of efficient workflows to ensure the successful delivery of Curitics’ products and solutions.

With over 23 years of experience, Renjith has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to lead engineering teams successfully. Starting as a Developer at Infosys Technologies Ltd, he quickly ascended to Programmer Analyst. As Director of Software Engineering at Advantasure, Renjith led diverse teams, fostering innovation and excellence and driving projects to new heights.

At the core of Renjith’s approach are quality assurance and compliance principles. His steadfast commitment to upholding industry standards ensures the reliability and security of the innovative products under his oversight.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Renjith is a perpetual learner and a fervent advocate for advancing technology. Remaining at the forefront of industry trends, he consistently expands his knowledge and hone his skills to stay cutting-edge in his field.

As Vice President of Product and Delivery, Ankit Srivastav leads the Curitics team of highly productive engineers at the company’s delivery center in India. Ankit joins Curitics with more than 12 years of experience working with healthcare technology-based startups and has a specialty in off-shore operations. Prior to joining Curitics, Ankit led an engineering delivery center in India for Innoid Health.

Ankit holds a Bachelor of Technology from Uttar Pradesh Technical University in India and has always been fascinated with how things work. He makes it a point to get involved in each layer of the healthcare technology business to achieve an enriched patient and provider experience and deliver substantial results through digital and technology-driven solutions.

When Ankit isn’t focused on healthcare technology, he turns to books and poetry. Ankit has published 25 poetry articles to date and is an avid reader. He also cherishes his personal relationships and although he spends most of his time developing technology, at the end of the day, he believes human connection is what matters most.

As Vice President of Clinical Product and Implementation, Ryan Weber brings extensive expertise in healthcare technology innovation and clinical systems implementation, combining his unique background as both a registered nurse and seasoned product leader. Prior to his current role, Ryan held multiple strategic leadership positions at prominent healthcare organizations including P3 Health Partners, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, Privis Health, and Allscripts, where he consistently drove technological advancement in value-based care delivery.

Ryan’s distinctive combination of clinical and technical expertise has enabled him to excel in transforming complex clinical workflows into intuitive user experiences while leading successful enterprise implementations. His proven track record includes developing comprehensive go-to-market strategies and product vision across multiple healthcare technology platforms.

As an accomplished product strategist, Ryan has championed automated clinical workflows and innovative solutions that optimize end user efficiency, backed by sophisticated business intelligence capabilities across Power BI, Amazon Quicksight, Tableau, and Salesforce CRM Analytics.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Duke University School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Barton College. His clinical background as a registered nurse in multiple hospital settings, combined with his technology leadership experience, gives him unique insight into developing and implementing solutions that truly serve healthcare organizations and patients.

Beyond his professional achievements, Ryan is deeply passionate about mental health advocacy, particularly in addiction recovery, and the pursuit of self-mastery. As a father of four children, he finds balance through traveling and exploring new hiking trails, bringing the same enthusiasm for growth and discovery to both his personal and professional life.

Anup Chaudhari leads the cloud engineering and cybersecurity team at Curitics. Anup is an accomplished leader in the healthcare technology industry and has more than 15 years of expertise designing and delivering technology solutions, building high-performance teams, and seizing savings opportunities while enhancing the organization’s ability to positively impact patient care. Prior to joining Curitics, he led HEDIS analytics at P3 Health Partners nationally and RAF analytics at Optum Care in Southern California. He was also instrumental in building the care delivery applications in both organizations.

Anup holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Prune University in India. His role at Curitics is essential to the management and execution of application development, implementation of project and partner delivery commitments and compliance of product infrastructure and security regulations. He also leads the development and mentorship of key personnel and works with senior engineering leadership to define long-term strategies for greater product success.

Mentorship is something that Anup graciously carries over into his personal life as well. He’s passionate about volunteering, and especially values teaching underprivileged kids. He also believes in the power of meditation to foster wellbeing and takes time out for meditation retreats whenever he can to stay balanced and healthy.

Yugal Yadav brings over 13 years of experience in building scalable, high-impact web and mobile applications across diverse sectors, including healthcare, fintech, HR tech, and citizen services. As a Solutions Architect, he excels at designing cloud-native systems and integrating AI-driven capabilities to solve complex business problems with precision and vision.

Throughout his career, Yugal has led high-performing engineering teams, architected resilient cloud infrastructures, and delivered full-stack digital products that drive real-world outcomes. His work spans leading platforms in HR and finance, where he has mentored DevOps teams and overseen large-scale cloud migrations across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Yugal also partners with early-stage startups, advising on product architecture, scalability, and engineering team development. A long-time contributor to the developer ecosystem, he has been an active member of the AngelHack community and regularly participates in hackathons, tech meetups, and mentorship initiatives.

Driven by purpose, Yugal is passionate about building technology that is not only scalable and secure but also deeply impactful—whether it’s streamlining healthcare workflows, enabling financial inclusion, or powering citizen-first digital services.

As Product Manager, Dylan Takamori oversees technical support and the delivery of application feature requests for Curitics. Dylan is the first line of communication when clients have questions, concerns or need to troubleshoot a solution for optimal outcomes.

Dylan began his career in New York City as an associate for Clever Devices, a technology company that designs innovative transit technology solutions for all modes of public transportation. However, it was his most recent role as a backend software engineer for Signify Health that led him to a career in healthcare technology. His role at Curitics allows him to combine his knowledge of software engineering with his passion for innovative healthcare technology to advance our mission to reinvent value-based care.

Dylan holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Middlebury College in Middlebury, Vermont where he also played varsity baseball. He currently resides in Brooklyn, New York – a unique contrast from his home state of Hawaii. Dylan has a wide range of hobbies outside of his profession including playing the guitar, singing, reading, playing video games and spending time in nature with family and friends.

Nupur Raheja oversees the Product Management Office and Quality Assurance at Curitics Health. In this role, Nupur is responsible for the overall functioning, quality and delivery of Curitics products for our clients. Nupur joins Curitics with more than 14 years of IT experience of which 11 years were spent working with multiple value-based clients including KPWA insurance, Tenet Healthcare and Hamad Healthcare in Qatar.

Nupur’s 360 degree understanding of provider and payor relationships when it comes to treatment and claims makes her a huge asset to our client services team in terms of profitability, functionality and her ability to impact great patient care using technology. She also brings a wealth of knowledge to her team when it comes to working within the norms of the US healthcare system and is skilled in managing teams both onsite and offshore.

Nupur holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology from JayPee Institute of Information Technology in Noida, India and has advanced certifications from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB). When she’s not serving and leading in the healthcare technology space, Nupur enjoys traveling to new places and spending time with family and loves a good binge-watch session of one of her favorite shows.

As Engineering Delivery Manager at Curitics, Jitendra Gupta is responsible for the seamless and successful delivery of client products, ensuring best practices are adhered to and code quality is maintained. He manages effective upstream and downstream communications, capturing and analyzing requirements to ensure teams understand and fully execute project requirements for our clients.

Jitendra joins the team with more than 15 years of experience developing, architecting and managing projects. Most recently, he served as project lead and technical architect at A1 Technology where he honed his skills in .net technologies, SQL Server, Micro Services, interservice communications and managing and guiding teams.

He holds a Bachelor of Computer Applications from Indira Gandhi National Open University in New Delhi and is originally from the Bhagalpur District of Bihar, a city most known for its production of silk. Jitendra believes that healthcare is the sweet spot for bringing about positive change in our lives and that innovation through technology offers even more potential for growth. He loves photography, traveling and movies – even better if he can enjoy these hobbies while spending quality time with family.

Shubham Giri brings over 13 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving technology initiatives that blend execution excellence with long-term vision. At Curitics Health, he plays a central role in translating complex requirements into scalable, reliable solutions that support the company’s mission of transforming healthcare delivery through technology.

With a strong background in system architecture, project delivery, and people leadership, Shubham thrives in environments where innovation meets execution. His approach combines deep technical understanding with a sharp focus on outcomes, ensuring projects not only get delivered on time—but also create lasting impact.

Before joining Curitics, he held senior technical roles in global IT services, guiding teams through high-stakes enterprise initiatives and helping organizations modernize their systems for the future.

Raised in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh—also known as the Brass City—Shubham earned his B.Tech in Information Technology from CET, Moradabad. His journey reflects a strong foundation in technology, shaped by curiosity and a desire to solve meaningful problems.

He is passionate about the potential of healthcare innovation and is committed to building solutions that improve care experiences and outcomes. Outside of work, Shubham enjoys cricket, table tennis, and movies—activities that mirror his love for teamwork, strategy, and creativity.

As Executive Physician Advisor, Dr. Michael Barr brings essential clinical leadership and strategic insights to the Curitics team.

Dr. Barr is passionate about the promise of high-quality, accessible, equitable and affordable healthcare. Working with Curitics, he believes that with the right data, information, technology and tools, this potential can be achieved. At Curitics, Dr. Barr will leverage his extensive background in healthcare quality, innovation and improvement to drive better patient and provider outcomes.

Prior to joining Curitics, Dr. Barr served as executive vice president for the National Committee for Quality Assurance where he led the HEDIS® measurements team, oversaw digital measures strategy and directed research and analysis efforts. Before that, Dr. Barr was the senior vice president at the American College of Physicians. In this role, he led policy, program and product development, strategy implementation, advocacy and coalition building. He is also the founder of MEDIS, LLC, a consulting firm that works with ground-breaking companies like Curitics to improve the nation’s healthcare system through innovation and technology.

Dr. Barr received his medical degree from New York University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Forest Biology from State University of New York. In addition to his civilian service, Dr. Barr served in the United States Airforce as chief of internal medicine and staff internist at Moody Air Force Base in Georgia.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Michael now lives outside Washington, D.C. When he’s not in the office, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, travel, exercise and composing music in his digital studio.

Kelly is Founder and CEO of Platinum Group Advisors, a boutique consulting and advisory firm. She has served in public and private companies in roles such as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Development Officer of a Fortune 5 company, as well positions on internal, industry and volunteer boards.

She has over 25 years of executive experience in leadership, strategy and operations of complex healthcare models including value-based care, financial risk, and clinical integration. Between highly ranked Fortune 20 companies, private equity firms and other engagements around the country.

Kelly has experience in the full spectrum of corporate transactions from start-up, turnaround, winddown, mergers and acquisitions on the buyer and seller sides, and within both public and private sectors.
