Users

Users can be added to the Curitics instance by clicking the “Create User” button in the upper right of the interface. When creating a new user record, the following fields are mandatory:

  • Status
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address

  • Password
  • Address
  • Team (single selection)

If the applications telehealth configuration is set to use an external service the “Telehealth Link” field must be completed for the system to send a user specific telehealth room link to members when telehealth based appointments are scheduled.

If the Curitics instance has been configured for SSO authorization and your organization does not wish to allow login via OTP, the checkbox “Login via SSO only” should be selected.

Roles

The roles tab enables administrators to configure new access level and restrictions which can be applied to user accounts. User Roles are permission sets that control access to areas and features within the Curitics application.

  • Users can have only a single role
  • Role can include multiple access permissions
