Member Tasking

The “Task” tab of longitudinal record enables users to view all tasks associated with a specific member, their status and who is assigned to a particular task.

If users wish to create a new task associated with the member, the “Create Task” button in the upper right can be clicked. This button will open a new interface where the following can be specified:

  1. Task Name
  2. Due Date
  3. Status
    1. Open
    2. Closed
  4. Priority
    1. High
    2. Medium
    3. Low
  5. Assigned Individual or Team
  6. Associated Case (optional)

At the time of creating the task, users may also leave a note within the member record by clicking the “Create Note” button at the bottom of the interface.
