Chat Queue and Chat History

Unlike the notification center interface, the Chat Queue focuses specifically on text message based communication. Where members have responded to text messages, this interface provides a macro level view to messages which have been received. Where messages have been read by users within Curitics status is reflected as such.

The interface allows for search by:

  • Member First Name
  • Member Last Name
  • Provider Name
  • Member ID
  • EMPI
  • Message Status (read, unread)
