Managing Classic Datagrids

Datagrids are mini-applications built for specific use cases which can be embedded within encounter forms and the health profile. Your implementation team will make available a library of stock Datagrids during your implementation. Curitics includes the follow Classic Datagrids:

  • Chronic Conditions
    • An embeddable application enabling clinicians to document diagnosis codes during clinical encounters
    • Datagrid is required if suspect codes are to be presented from scorable assessments
  • Medications
    • An embeddable application enabling clinicians to document medications which the member is taking
  • Electronic Signature
    • An embeddable application enabling clinicians to to electronically sign an encounter
  • Problems
    • A datagrid enabling the Care Management problems interface within an encounter form
    • All entered problems roll-up to the Care Plan tab within the member record
  • Goals
    • A datagrid enabling the Care Management goals interface within an encounter form
    • All entered goals roll-up to the Care Plan tab within the member record
  • Interventions
    • A datagrid enabling the Care Management interventions interface within an encounter form
    • All entered interventions roll-up to the Care Plan tab within the member record
  • Barriers
    • A datagrid enabling the Care Management barriers interface within an encounter form
    • All entered barriers roll-up to the Care Plan tab within the member record
  • Follow-Up Appointment
    • A scheduling widget embeddable within encounter forms enabling the clinician to schedule a subsequent follow-up visit
  • Submission
    • A embeddable application enabling the clinician to submit an encounter to a higher level status

To access the Classic Datagrid library, navigate to the “Clinical Assets”  from below Administration in the dashboard side panel. Then choose the “Classic Datagrids” tab. Each datagrid includes an edit option. Clicking “Edit” will enable role-based access to be defined.
