Intelligent Reminders

In addition to binary appointment reminders, Curitics also enables Contact Center users to send pre-built cadences of reminder notifications called Intelligent Appointment Reminders. These allow you to build cadences whereby a member receives multiple reminders using different delivery modalities ahead of the appointment.  Intelligent appointment reminder rules can be configured by accessing the Engagement Studio and then navigating to Intelligent Appointment Reminders.
