The Notification Center is an interface designed to provide users with a single location to view all communications sent to members. The Notification Center can display various types of member communications, including voicemails, text messages, robocalls, and outbound emails. Users can view all communications related to a particular member, or they can view communications related to a particular date range, type of communication, or communication channel.
The interface allow for searching by a specific member or filtering the result set to the following criterias:
- Client
- Project
- Member Language
- Channel
- Direction
- Delivery Status
