Curitics utilizes a concept of “Project” to cohort members and compartmentalize workflows. The “Member Assignments” interface within the Data Manager enables users to assign members to clients and projects based upon searching a wide variety of demographic criteria.
After navigating within the tool (step 1), the user may refine the master list of members based upon a wide array of criteria. The refinement panel can be accessed by selecting the “Filters” button in the upper right of the screen (step 2). Supported filtering criteria include:
- Payer
- Counties
- State
- City
- Zip code selection (search and select individual member zip codes)
- Risk Level/RAF Range
- Gender
- Language
- Age Range
- Ethnicity
- PCP
- Current Status
- Current Assigned Client
- Current Assigned Project
The user may utilize the checkboxes on the left of the results panel to select all or a subset of the resulting members.
Using the buttons at the top of the interface the user can then bulk assign the selected members to a client or project. Additionally in scheduling use cases, change the current scheduling status of the members in bulk.
