The ability to add members to a system on demand is a critical capability for effective outreach programs. With this capability, users can quickly and easily add new members to the system who were not included in the initial datasets. This allows for more comprehensive member records and more accurate reporting.
To utilize the Curitics onboarding feature:
- Click the “Onboard” option in the top navigation
- Complete the onboarding form
- Click the “Save Member” button
The following fields are required to enable functionality across all modules:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Gender
- Birth Date
- Member ID
- Address 1
- City
- State
- Postal Code
- Mobile Phone
- IPA/Group
