The Curitics Contact Center module can play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong provider relations for healthcare organizations. This interface can provide users with timely, efficient, and effective management over provider relations, leading to increased satisfaction and loyalty.
Organization Roster View
The provider roster view, accessible by accessing the “Organization” option within the top navigation provides a searchable, filterable interface to navigate to organization records.
Individual organization records can be viewed by navigating the “View” option adjacent to each record.
Each organization record enables users to view the demographics associated with the organization as well as all attributed providers. User may also choose to upload documents and assets associated with the organization using the “File” tab.
Provider Roster View
The provider roster view, accessible by accessing the “Provider Roster” option within the top navigation provides a searchable, filterable interface to navigate to provider records.
Individual provider records can be viewed by navigating the “View” option adjacent to each record.
Provider Record View
The provider record view provides the following capabilities
- The ability to easily call the provider user Curitics in-built telephony
- An ability to view demographics associated with the provider record
- An ability to document tasks relevant to the provider
- An ability to document notes relevant to the provider
